Once you sign up you will be in our panel database. When there is a study we think will suit your interests or skill set, we will send you an email with information on how to participate. Typically we ask you to fill out a short online survey to make sure you are a good fit for the study. If you are, we will usually arrange for a short phone call to discuss the study and ensure you are the kind of person our client wants to hear from.

We recruit for a variety of studies. Some are remote (over a video conferencing platform like Zoom), while others are in person. We’ll be sure to give you as much information as possible so you can make an informed choice about whether you want to take part and to ensure you have a fun and enjoyable experience.

During a session you may be asked to review websites, products or apps and provide your feedback. This feedback is used to help improve our clients’ products and make them easier to use. Or, we may simply just want to learn more about you and your experiences as it relates to our study through a conversation.

The length of time varies according to the studies. In general most studies are from one to two hours long. The compensation will be reflective of the time commitment required.

We provide an incentive to each person who is included in the study. Most of our participants are paid $100-$250 for an hour or two of their time. We also offer referral bonuses if you share the study with a friend or family member and they are chosen to participate.
